A:
Yes, we accept all insurance plans!
Q:
What insurance plans are you a provider for?
A:
We accept all insurance plans but we are providers for Delta USA, Delta Dental Premier, and United Concordia Advantage Plus Network. What this means is that your out of pocket expense may be less compared to those insurances we are not providers of.
Q:
How much do you charge for a cleaning?
A:
For a new patient, the total fee is $459. For an existing patient it is $275. The fee is more for a new patient because we do a comprehensive exam which includes a full cleaning, updated x-rays, as well as a fluoride treatment. Routine exams at Friendly Smiles Cosmetic Dentistry also include general screenings for early oral cancer detection and gum disease.
